Activision has finally announced its 2021 Call of Duty League Championship from August 19 to August 22 and will take place in the Galen Center in Los Angeles.

There will be 12 teams competing for the 1.2 million dollars first-place prize. Second place will be awarded 650,000, third place 300,000, and fourth 150,000. Get front row tickets to the event starting July 16th, 2021.

The tournament will consist of 5 stages and the top 8 teams will advance to playoffs, Champs. In the playoffs, it’s best of 5 series with double elimination. The game modes consist of Hardpoint, Control, and Search and Destroy.

Defending champions Dallas Empire look to keep hold of that title, however, Optic Chicago and Atlanta Faze have their eyes on the prize. Faze and Optic came close last season but failed. This time they are hoping it won’t be a repeat like before.
