Esports brand ESE Entertainment has announced more details about its upcoming talent show, SkillzVault by Bitcoin Vault, which is being developed in partnership with cryptocurrency company Bitcoin Vault.
The talent show is a global project highlighting promising amateur esports athletes who are seeking a chance of becoming professionals, the release reads. It’ll be open to participants from China, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, and Brazil, and all participants will compete in two mobile games: PUBG Mobile and Peacekeeper Elite.
The best players from their respective qualifiers will get the chance to work with noted regional influencers. ESE Entertainment notes that the influencers will not only train and mentor the finalists but will also compete alongside them in duo games in a final phase.
The influencers are Cyan68 and YuChengHao from China, GENJ1 Gaming and Zelarl from Japan, Duchi & Bbuggu and Sad TV from South Korea, Tien Zombie v4 and Quang Cuon from Vietnam, and Tecnosh and TobocoTV from Brazil.
Jędrzej Stęszewski, ESE Director of EU Operations: “It is exciting that some of the top influencers in their respective markets will participate in SkillzVault by Bitcoin Vault. Their passion for the game, dedication to their fanbase, and eagerness to play side-by-side with promising players, guarantees not only great fun but also high visibility of the project”
ESE will be responsible for the production and infrastructure of the show, including the development of the project concept, media plan, technology implementation, marketing, and overall campaign roll-out, the company announced. Other partners in the project are VYRAL Producer of Gaming Projects, VidWe, Converters, and Next Level Agency.
Esports Insider says: A reality show in which aspiring players team up with influencers is a great commercial idea, and considering that there are mobile games involved and it’s predominantly based in Asia – there’s certainly high hopes for this project’s success.
